Images and video-based multimedia data are growing rapidly due to communication network technology. During image compression transmission, images inevitably corrupted by noise the influence of environment, transmission channels, other factors, resulting in damage degradation digital images. Numerous real-time applications, such as photography, traffic monitoring, obstacle detection, surveillance automated character recognition, etc affected this information loss. Therefore, efficient safe has become a vital study area. In research, an compression–encryption system is proposed achieve security with low bandwidth de-noising issues during transmission. The Chevrolet transformation improve quality, reduce storage space, enhance de- noising. A 3D chaotic logistic map DNA encoding Tuna Swarm Optimization employed for innovative encryption. This optimization approach may significantly increase image's encryption speed security. built using Xilinx generator tool on field-programmable gate array (FPGA). Experimental analysis experimental findings show reliability scalability technique designed. For different images, performed several metrics attains 32.33 dB PSNR, 0.98 SSIM, 7.99721 entropy. According simulation results, implemented work more secure reduces redundancy than existing methods.
